20% below maintenance · healthy loss 0.5–1% body weight per week
Your saved meals feed AI Log. Review the list, copy or download it, and remove anything that looks wrong or duplicated. New recipes are added through AI Log.
Your saved meals
Define drinks or meals you make the same way every day. When you say a trigger phrase in AI Log (e.g. “one coffee”, “my breakfast”), the AI applies your saved recipe without you repeating it. If it varies day to day, skip the habit and describe each time you log.
Everything logged today — from AI Log or quick add.
Log intentional rest so gaps don’t look like drift. Minor recovery eases today’s deficit; major recovery shifts the target to maintenance.
Why are you resting today?
Walks, quick bodyweight sets, sport, or other movement outside your formal workout sessions.
Quick duration
Quick habit reps
Starter plan
Add Sessions A / B / C as extra choices alongside any workouts you already made. Missing codes are added; existing ones are left alone unless you choose refresh.

Log first thing after waking — same routine daily (no clothes, before food). Re-saving today updates that day’s entry. Tape measures are optional weekly.

W(t)=Wfloor+(Wstart−Wfloor)e−kt. Floor = lean mass at essential BF (~5% men / ~12% women) from your latest BIA — not your goal weight. Your target BF% is a point on the curve; modest cuts (e.g. 28→22%) stay near-linear. k ≈ 0.75%/wk at start.
Calorie target is recalculated from TDEE, maintenance gap %, and your latest weight.
Tick only what you actually used today — skip anything you skipped. Morning and evening are separate.

Short answers to common questions about the app, scales, and calorie targets.
This site is built as a Progressive Web App. That means your phone or computer browser can install it like an app — icon on the home screen, full-screen use, and quick reopen — without needing an App Store download.
On many phones: open the site in your browser → share / menu → Add to Home Screen (or Install app). On desktop Chrome/Edge, look for an install icon in the address bar.
You still use the same website and login. A PWA is simply a convenient way to launch it — most people have never heard the name, but they already use the pattern on sites like banking or maps.
Consumer “smart” scales that show body fat %, muscle %, and similar numbers usually use bioelectrical impedance analysis (BIA). A small, safe current passes through the body. The scale estimates body water from how that current is resisted, then applies a formula trained on a dataset of people to guess fat mass, lean mass, and percentages.
Those percentages are estimates, not a direct measurement of fat tissue. Different brands, algorithms, and comparison populations can disagree. Hydration, food, alcohol, hard training, and time of day all move the reading.
To make trends useful: weigh under similar conditions (typically morning, after the toilet, before food/drink, same scale). Even then, day-to-day noise is normal — look at weeks, not single mornings. The human dataset the scale compares you to will never match you perfectly.
Your profile activity level scales estimated daily calories. The app uses Mifflin–St Jeor for resting burn (BMR), then multiplies by a standard activity factor to estimate TDEE (total daily energy expenditure — roughly how many kcal you burn in a day at that lifestyle).
In this app the factors are:
These are starting estimates (± a few hundred kcal is common). Most people overestimate activity. If weight is not trending as expected after a couple of weeks of honest logging, try the next lower level. Your cut target is then TDEE minus your maintenance gap %.
Sedentary → light is the highest-value jump. In fitness, the steepest benefit curve is often “zero to something.” Even one session a week gives the body a “use it” signal to hold onto muscle — especially important in a calorie deficit, when unused muscle is easier to lose. Later jumps (e.g. active → very active) add more burn, but smaller relative health gains for most people.
The first 1–3 weeks often drop faster than true fat loss because glycogen stores (and the water bound to them) fall when you eat less or change carbs. That can temporarily put you outside the healthy effort cone even when you are fine.
Curve check leans on recent pace (about the last two weeks) as the sample grows. Feeling stronger in training is a useful real-world signal alongside the scale.
No. The app is a tracking and planning tool for generally healthy adults. See More → Terms & disclaimer. If you have a condition or are unsure about targets, check with a qualified medical practitioner.
Yes. This is the creator’s own Phase 1 journey — real phases, weigh-ins, and how the curve looked throughout the phase until the first weight target was reached.
Please read this before relying on anything in the app.
This app is a personal tracking and planning tool. It is intended for generally healthy adults who want to manage food intake, training, or gradual weight loss. It is not a medical device, and nothing in the app is medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Targets, calorie estimates, workout suggestions, and other guidance are general tools only. If you have an underlying condition, take medication, are pregnant, under 18, recovering from illness or injury, or are unsure whether a goal is safe for you, confirm with a qualified medical practitioner before following any targets or plans here.
Features that use AI — including food logging, calorie counts, macros, and coaching-style suggestions — can make mistakes. Labels, portion sizes, and nutrition databases are imperfect. Treat AI output as a starting point. Use your own judgment, double-check suspicious entries, and correct anything that looks off.
AI Log / chat features send the messages and context needed for that request to an external AI provider. That can include food descriptions, habits, and similar tracking details you enter there. Don’t put anything in AI Log you wouldn’t send to that service.
